Easy way to learn or improve Clean Pull technique.Clean Pull ls very good whole body exercise for muscle toning, conditioning, strength, balance and coordination. For muscle toning and conditioning use wooden (plastic) bar or light weights. This will allow high number of repetitions and therefore faster improvement of The Clean Pull technique. For whole body strength gain use light weights and gradually progress to a heavier weights. Doing The Clean Pulls with weights, a revolving bar is recommended.
