This creative combination helps you enhance the synthesis of the protein intake and then contributes to the degradation of proteins. A randomized study on a group of older proposed giving part of the women a combination of supplements such as the ones we just mentions, while the rest of the group were taking placebo tablets. After 3 months, women who were taking supplements for building muscles showed a significant improvement in mobility. The other half showed no improvements. Moreover, the women taking supplements had stronger arms, legs and a better grip, along with a general development of the muscular tonus. The protein synthesis increased with an amazing 20%.</p>
