U should take a break meanwhile aswell..because ur musculars become bigger and harder that time u take a break from excersise. If u workout everyday and not giving ur body enough time to recover u only harm urself. And ofcourse, its all about eating aswell.

Although I go NO feedback at all whatsoever, I still went ahead and did this workout today. It was a very hard workout. I feel good though, definately makes you sweat. My tummy already feels better. But I’m not going to lie, my neck is in definite pain. I tried looking at the ceiling and try to relax my muscles, but my neck is killing me right now. Besides from that, it was a great workout.
